Dear St. Benedict School Parents,

Hopefully this letter finds you well rested and prepared for the 2023-2024 school year. It seems like only yesterday that we finished school, but here we are headlong into our new school year.

We would like to inform you that there have been changes made to the aftercare options, please review carefully.  Aftercare will begin on the first full week of school, which is the week of September 11th. The program will run every school day from dismissal until 6:00 p.m. except for Wednesday, November 22nd, Please be aware that the Aftercare Program ends on Wednesday, June 12th. On school half days, the program will run from dismissal to 6:00 p.m. We have a full-time after-school supervisor and a dedicated staff.

THE SR. M. PAULA AFTERCARE PROGRAM PROGRAM features:

• After-school snack
• Homework room (chrome books available for use)
• PK-1 playroom (slides, puzzles, blocks, etc.)
• Board game room (Candyland, Risk etc.)
• Arts & Crafts room (painting, lanyards, etc.)
• Gym and outside activities (weather permitting)
• Full-time program supervisor, adults in every room

All students enrolled must pay a $25.00 registration fee per child (payable at the school) upon submission of the green aftercare registration form. Click here to find the six (6) options that are available to you at different rates.

If you decide to change aftercare plans, please provide the school at least one (1) month notice so we could inform Smart Tuition accordingly. Click here to download the Withdrawal Form.

If you are interested in enrolling your child please fill out the enclosed form and hand it in at school along with the $25.00 registration fee. Remember, the Aftercare Program begins on Monday, September 11th.
