Our Community

St. Benedict School has a long history of educating children from the Throgs Neck area. The school serves Pre-K 3 through 8th grade students from the neighborhood as well as children whose parents work nearby.
 
With a history of excellence and tradition since 1927, St. Benedict School has the feel of a close-knit family. All children are offered individual attention in our constructive, nurturing, and safe environment.

We work cooperatively with our community – and especially our families and our alumni – to educate our students and instill Catholic values. We encourage the active involvement of our community to help us continue our 90-plus-year tradition of providing a quality Catholic education.
